Rest Day is made up of three creatives who decided community care was our biggest priority, and we set out to create a microcosm of what that can look like at work (think: universal wages, a four-day work week, financial redistribution and reparational giving, menstrual leave, and more), plus reciprocal ways of generously working with and exchanging with clients.
