Work intensives build the bridge from ideation to execution by collaborating on a single project or challenge you have and, depending on the size of the project, bringing it to near completion. These sessions are for when strategy is clear (more or less) and you’re arriving with a primary or singular focus, but need support to determine how to make it happen.

We’ll explore what’s coming up, make an action plan for how to work through it, and come through with a custom-created deliverable that will help you execute.

This could mean mapping out the content and logistics for a new course, a launch plan, a lead magnet, a web refresh, a membership site, you choose — whatever it is, we’ll find the right fit together and take steps to get it underway.

The structure will be dictated by your needs, and we’ll provide follow-up support to answer any lingering questions, and plan your next steps for how to enter into this transition in the most thoughtful way, supporting you and your nervous system the entire way.

    • 30-Min Wrap-Up Call: review your plan, answer any lingering questions, and plan your next steps with Maggie

Case Study

Here’s a snapshot of a recent work intensive to give you an inside idea of the process:

Goal: growing the overall audience 10x over the next 3-5 years in order to get a book deal and eventually transition more business online and out of a physical 1:1 office space.

The Session: brainstorming and examining all of the potential marketing levers to pull and how they all support each other, from a perspective of supportive, sustainable, and non-exploitative marketing.

The Crux: having a team of support but needing a content creation workflow and systems to sustainably create with fewer kinks in the flow.

The Lightbulb: recognizing a solo-podcast format would create more spaciousness than the current interview setup, and deciding to pitch to be interviewed on other podcasts instead of host interviews to make the process more sustainable.

The Deliverable: a ready-made podcast pitch template and collaboration to create a media kit to go with the podcast pitch emails.

The Bonus: realizing a need to shift team marketing schedules and social media calendar to make it more easeful, with a bonus deliverable to look at the content creation workflow to optimize everyone’s desires and schedules.

This pricing scale allows you to consider your intersections of privilege and choose accordingly. Extended payment plans are available to distribute smaller amounts over more months if needed.

  • This rate is the actual cost of our labor and resources for this offering. Please choose this rate if you are able to comfortably meet your basic needs with room for some expendable purchases. This is for you if you feel like this rate may cause temporary trade-offs for you but know it will not cause significant financial hardship. (We love a financially responsible hottie!)
